We recently held a successful training session on mental health and support. Our expert facilitator, Maria Rajala, provided an engaging and informative presentation that covered a wide range of topics, including knowledge, tools, and practical exercises that have a direct effect on the mind and make participants calmer, more balanced, and happier when they need to find a solution to overcome mental disorders and depressions.


The training was well-received by participants, who praised the facilitator’s knowledge and expertise. One participant said, “This was the best training I’ve ever attended. I learned so much about mental health and how to support others.”


Another participant said, “I’m so glad I came to this training. It has given me the tools and resources I need to help my friends and family who are struggling with their mental health.”
